Please carefully read through the terms and conditions before placing your orders. Once placing an order at MIGHTY Hanks you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.

WELCOME TO MIGHTY HANKS
Our products are handcrafted by beautiful humans. Each hank will have a slight variation due to the handmade work and fabric variety in some cases. Beard Balm is handmade in small batches.

PAYMENT
MIGHTY Hanks accepts PayPal and card payment through Braintree as forms of payment. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

LEAD TIME
We keep many hanks and beard balm containers on hand ready for immediate shipping. If your order needs to be made the lead time is usually about a week.

SHIPPING
Shipping through USPS is done about four times per week. For international orders I charge you what it costs me to ship. I do not make a profit on your shipping charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you really love your MIGHTY Hanks. But just in case you don't, we try to make it simple. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of new items within 30 days of receipt of purchase. If we sent you the wrong item (shame!) or it's defective, return shipping is on us. If it is just buyer's remorse you will be required to pay shipping, since costs are non-refundable on our end. If you are not happy with your order please email info@mightyhanks.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.

All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
